Gilson Software’s iInventory module completely automates the process of managing Inventory including Fixed Assets. From scanning bar coded receipts, assigning inventory to specific work orders from iInventory or iWork Order App’s or tracking fixed assets it is much easier utilizes mobile technology

Overview:
•Identifies Inventory and fixed assets as they are purchased via bar code or print a bar code when received.
•Creates and maintains Inventory and fixed asset records, including purchases, transfers, maintenance, depreciation and salvage history if applicable.
•Provides a unit history of all inventory items, fixed assets or work orders for each unit.

Tracking:
•Tracks inventory charged to a unit and fixed assets by fund or account in the General Ledger.
•View audit trail of changes made to fixed assets by user name, date and time in the event log.
•Print Fixed Assets description and bar code # on destructible label.
•Add comments utilizing voice recognition technology.
•Perform physical inventory on device by scanning bar codes.
•Fixed Assets include pictures of condition and warranty information.

Integration with iWork Order:
•Charge inventory to a work order or generate work orders for moving fixed assets.
•Take a physical inventory by scanning the bar code on the asset utilizing an iPhone.
